You agree to use the system only for legitimate church-related purposes. You will NOT:

  • Use the system for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the system's operation
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Harvest or collect information about other users without consent
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the system

Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of this system is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

Church-Specific Terms

Membership Information

  • Information provided must be accurate and truthful
  • Updates to personal information should be made promptly
  • Membership status is determined by church leadership

Attendance and Events

  • Attendance records are maintained for church planning purposes
  • Event registrations are subject to availability and church approval
  • You may be contacted regarding events you register for

Leadership and Roles

  • Leadership positions are assigned by church authority
  • Role-based access controls determine system permissions
  • Misuse of administrative privileges may result in access revocation

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on this system are owned by PCG Rehoboth Congregation or licensed to us:

  • The system design, code, and functionality are proprietary
  • Church logos, branding, and materials are protected by copyright
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute system content without permission
  • User-generated content (profiles, photos) remains your property but you grant us license to use it for church purposes

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Security Violations: Attempting to breach security, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Data Misuse: Unauthorized access, copying, or distribution of member data
  • System Abuse: Overloading servers, denial of service attacks, or resource abuse
  • False Information: Providing deliberately false or misleading information
  • Harassment: Using the system to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Commercial Use: Using the system for commercial purposes without authorization

Disclaimer and Limitations

Service "As Is"

The system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Complete accuracy of all information
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
  • Prevention of all security breaches

Limitation of Liability

PCG Rehoboth Congregation shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Account Termination
